A Starting Point
Chesapeake Creative Wellness Inc. uses a peer counseling model to help those who struggle with PTSD and Anxiety related issues. Nothing clinical or medical just a safe place to hang out and learn how music and the arts can help us cope with some of the symptoms of PTSD and Anxiety. We have programs and events around town, and all of the lessons and activities in our studio are no fee to members. If you would like to donate to our cause Chesapeake Creative Wellness Inc., is a component fund of Chesapeake Charities. Better yet, hang out in person
We offer free music lessons and art classes in our studio or you can just hang out and reset for a while. There are also activities that we participate in around town, feel free to join in.
We have a limited staff and a lot to do but we try to make sure someone is in the studio at 5 PM or email us to schedule a time. Better office hours are coming soon.
